How Does the Violation of Trust Influence Project Management Negotiations?

Violation of Trust frequently damages or destroys the relationship. In this work, we addressed epistemology amongst negotiators, providing a new perspective on emerging themes after careful analysis and revision. First, analyzed how somehow influenced project management negotiations through qualitative inquiry N=80 managers. Then, content causal chain analyses, findings pointed out harsh consequences both substance relationship, such as disappointment, loss sales, customers, no deal in short term. long run, credibility jeopardizes future business opportunities reputation. As result, believe it is possible to pave way for research by understanding complex concepts affecting trust negotiations.
